If you don't have a great experience on your adapter for any valid reason, we will do whatever it might take to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. We will give a one-time FREE replacement for the damaged adapter, plus you can keep your original order for FREE. No need to return it to us. 

For the chargers, the same return and warranty policy will be applied as any CTEK product warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturing faults and material defects. The warranty is void if the product has been handled carelessly or repaired by anyone other than CTEK or its authorized representatives.

Our Replacement/Returns Policy time frame is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address based on tracking status. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered as per tracking link, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or free replacement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped out.


REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or FREE adapter replacement, you must first email us at support@ctekadapters.com within 30 days of receiving the products, with pictures of the packaging or shipping label and damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item's photo/s, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available on hand, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and we will refund your item once return is received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped out.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES BUT DELIVERED AS PER TRACKING
CTEK Adapter™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier (USPS, Fastway, etc) right away. Usually they have a record on what address they have delivered the order. All the necessary information will be provided to you on our Tracking Page.
